To help you work out the best fit, we give the bust and lengths of each nightdress in cm and inches on the website and an indication of the UK equivalent size. Our ‘June’ style is a very feminine full-length white cotton nightdress with an abundance of pretty details. The bodice is finely pin-tucked and opens with buttons under a covered placket. The three-quarter length sleeves are finished with a deep frill of broderie Anglaise. The rounded neckline, under the bustline, and the sleeves are all embellished with lace trim with a ribbon drawn through it and tied with a bow. A decorative folded border above the hem is the final flourish.
If you are looking for a new white nightdress that is both pretty and extremely comfortable, ‘Penelope’ is the style for you. Made from soft, medium-weight cotton, this full, classic style has broderie anglaise panels on the upper bodice. The V-shaped neckline is edged with scalloped lace and the bodice is finished with ribbon-inserted lace trim and a ribbon tie above the bustline. The long sleeves gather into a frilled Broderie Anglaise cuff trimmed with ribbon-inserted lace trim.
The ‘Janet’ nightdress is a loose comfortable style that is perfect for both lounging and sleeping. All the drama is around the flattering deep V-shaped neckline which is edged with lace and accentuated with alternating bands of narrow pin tucking and lace inserts.
