Florence Ladies Nightdress
A vintage-inspired shirt style nightdress to transport you back in time! The ‘Florence’ has full-length cuffed sleeves with lace trim and falls to mid-calf. The shirt-style top features a covered placket, very fine pintucks and decorative bands of lace, and the sweet collar is edged with crocheted cotton lace. Our nightdresses are one-size but fear not, there is a style to suit everyone – whether you prefer short and strappy or full-length with sleeves. Some customers like to wear their nightdress oversized for comfort or pregnancy, or with a buttoned front for breastfeeding or ease of getting dressed.

A lovely nightgown , plenty long enough for winter warmth but fabric a bit thin, I have purchased a Powell craft nightgown before so do have a reference, that one is a lot thicker if I’d had the choice for a gown purchased in October I would have chosen a thicker one, albeit more in price but would have paid more. A good quality nightie - I only ever wear white’Victorian’ nightdresses and this one is very comfortable with some nice detail. I especially like the collar and the tasteful embroidery.
It was a treat to get the little gift with the order, such a nice personal touch in these impersonal times.

It arrived beautifully wrapped with a nice card. Love the gown. The collar was a bit too much, so I made it smaller so it stands up a bit.
Very Victorian, it is a bit see-though so probably wouldn’t answer the door just wearing it but it’s cute that it’s so starchy and to the neck yet flimsy. It’s large and lots of fabric, very comfortable
