Standard Delivery £25 5-7 days

Standard Delivery - Delivery in 1 to 2 working days except for the following areas; Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly.

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 1pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the following day. Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday, and during the weekend, will be dispatched on the following Monday (except for public holidays).

Overseas postage may vary – we will contact you if your delivery cost is more than than £25. Orders on the weekend will be processed the following Monday

RETURNS

How do I return?

You've got 14 days to send something back to us from the day you receive it.

  • Repack your items carefully & safe
  • Please make sure all original tags and packaging is in tact
  • Please include your order reference  with a reason to why it's being returned
  • Send back to the address below
  • Keep proof of postage

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning product(s) to us unless the item is deemed faulty

We refund up to the value of £10 in postage costs for following reasons

  • the incorrect item was dispatched
  • the item is deemed faulty

The £10 postage refund is only honoured when a valid postage receipt is presented

REFUNDS

Refund will be processed within 10 days once we received the return


All returned items are quality checked - items should be returned in a new and unused condition with labels attached and, wherever possible, sent back in the original packaging. Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with out returns policy.


I don't have the invoice from my parcel, can I return?
If you don't have an invoice in your parcel, please use your order reference. You should have one included in your email order confirmation. 

I don't have the original packaging. Can I still return?
No problem! Pop your return in something non see-through, waterproof & seal-able.





RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Items must be un-used and resell-able as new, including undamaged packaging.  All barcodes and tags must be attached and intact. You can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery. Please note all items purchased from an independent retailer must be returned to them directly
