How much does delivery cost?

It really depends on when you would like your order and where you would like us to send it. Please visit our Delivery & Returns page for more info.

Can I track my order?

Please email us at retail@powellcraft.co.uk with your order reference and we will be able to provide you with a tracking number.

Can I have my order gift wrapped? your shop

Yes of course! We offer a free gift-wrapping service. Please select this when you add your item to the basket.

Which payment methods do you accept?ur shop

PayPal, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Delta, Maestro and Solo cards. Our website supports also Apple Pay, Google Pay and more payments methods coming soon. We also accept Gift Vouchers as part or full payment.

Can I send something as a gift to someone else?

Yes, you can! Simply tick the box ‘deliver to a different address’ at checkout and fill out the necessary details.

How do I return something?

How do I return an item bought from an independent retailer?

Any Powell Craft items purchased from one of our wonderful independent retailers will need to be returned to them directly. We can only process orders for a return or exchange that has been bought from our online shop.

What washing instructions do you recommend?

We recommend washing everything at 30°C as it’s kinder to the environment. Please check each garment for individual washing instructions, as they may vary from time to time. We don’t recommend using bleach or other harsh chemicals as can affect the colour and condition of the garment.
