Any Powell Craft items purchased from one of our wonderful independent retailers will need to be returned to them directly. We can only process orders for a return or exchange that has been bought from our online shop.

We recommend washing everything at 30°C as it’s kinder to the environment. Please check each garment for individual washing instructions, as they may vary from time to time. We don’t recommend using bleach or other harsh chemicals as can affect the colour and condition of the garment.
