Beautiful gifts for new babies

A new baby is such wonderful news, and everyone loves to spoil a brand-new bundle of joy with a gorgeous present to welcome them into the world.

Baby grows and jumpsuits make great gifts -we have a wide range of comfortable baby grows and jumpsuits in soft cotton in vintage-inspired prints including pretty florals, mermaids, tractors and dinosaurs, and appliqued styles with a choice of bumble bees, ladybird and lion motifs starting at 0-6 months. A matching bib makes a great addition too. Our knitted leggings are stretchy and fun and have been a huge hit with our customers – they love the brightly-coloured designs and great price. We have coordinating socks and moccasins too and again the sizing begins at 0-6 months. New parents receive a lot of gifts for newborns so sometimes it’s a good idea to buy something in an older size to put away until the little one is older.

Our blankets are knitted from 100% cotton and are available in two sizes – our pram size which is 67 x 75cm and the cot size which is 75 x 107cm. The rocket and space design comes in cream and bright blue and the mermaid is in mint and cream – both styles feature embroidered motifs and decoratively trimmed edges. These beautiful blankets can be used for years as comforters or to tuck dollies up once baby has outgrown them.

Toys are always welcome as gifts, and we specialize in traditional toys including our wide range of beautiful rag dolls in three sizes which are safety tested, suitable from birth and made from 100% cotton. There’s a character to suit everyone from ballerinas and fairies to pirates and a sailor boy.

Out alphabet bunting makes a great addition to the new nursery – you can pick out the letters to make the new baby’s name with flags in a mix of checks, polka dots and florals in pink or blue or a combination of the two. Again, the bunting is a gift that will last for years - still looking good when the nursery turns into a child's bedroom!
