Powell accidentally sent the wrong deer suit and within an 30 mins of my email had arranged to send me the correct one free of charge and allowed me to keep the other as present! Incredible customer service. The suit looks very well made, cosy and incredibly cute. The motif is beautiful. Thank you so impressed!!
