AnswerPlease email us at retail@powellcraft.co.uk with your order reference and we will be able to provide you with a tracking number.
Question Can I have my order gift wrapped?
AnswerYes of course! We offer a free gift-wrapping service. Please select this when you add your item to the basket.
Question Which payment methods do you accept?
AnswerYou can choose to pay via credit or debit card, or by PayPal. We also accept Gift Vouchers as part or full payment. We do not accept American Express.

AnswerYes, you can! Simply tick the box ‘deliver to a different address’ at checkout and fill out the necessary details.
Question My order hasn’t arrived yet, what should I do?
AnswerIf your order is being delivered to the UK and hasn’t arrived after 10 days, please contact us so we can investigate.

Question How do I return an item bought from an independent retailer?
AnswerAny Powell Craft items purchased from one of our wonderful independent retailers will need to be returned to them directly. We can only process orders for a return or exchange that has been bought from our online shop.
Question What washing instructions do you recommend?
AnswerWe recommend washing everything at 30°C as it’s kinder to the environment. Please check each garment for individual washing instructions, as they may vary from time to time. We don’t recommend using bleach or other harsh chemicals as can affect the colour and condition of the garment.
