RETURNS & EXCHANGES
***All Powell Craft items purchased from an Independent Retailer must be returned to them directly***
We believe you will be totally satisfied with your Powell Craft purchase. If in the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase you may return the product to us for a refund. However, this refund is not available if we reasonably believe that the item has been worn, or if you don’t include your receipt order number or other proof of purchase. Alternatively, you may ask for an exchange for the same or a different item. An exchange does not apply if we believe that the item has been worn or damaged in any way. If you are changing your item(s), then there may be a price difference to be accounted for, we will contact you if this is the case.
Your request for a refund must reach us within 14 days of delivery or within 28 days for an exchange

- In the unfortunate event that you receive your item(s) in a faulty/damaged state, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods, these items will be dealt with in accordance with our returns procedure. Please note that refunds and exchanges do not apply if we reasonably believe that the item has been worn or damaged by the customer in any way.
- Refunds and exchanges for online purchases on http://powelcraftboutique.com cannot be obtained from Powell Craft Stockists. Please inform us of any problems or questions by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) before you return items.
- When you receive a returns code from us you should return the items by post to Powell Craft Retail Ltd, Latham Park, St. Blazey Road, Par, Cornwall, PL24 2HY
- We recommend that you obtain proof of postage or use a signed for service, we are not liable for items that are lost in the post.
- We aim to make the refund or exchange within 10 days of receipt of the returned goods. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment.
- We will deduct the cost of post and packaging (outwards and, if relevant, inwards) from the refund amount if you return the product due to personal preference, as opposed to some fault or defect with the product. This also applies to transactions where free delivery was the chosen transportation method.
